UPDATE: The site providing this graphic, globalsecurity.org, has updated it to indicate that September is on pace to surpass, by a long way, the number of troops wounded in August. It's still only a projection, but a sobering one. Fatalities are likewise looking to be higher than August, and the 3rd most deadly month of the war. Why is this war not the story??
