Gallup has Bush approval ratings at 40%, easily the lowest of his presidency. 56% willing to say they disapprove. This is in line with other recent polls. The important thing at this point though, as fun as it is to watch his approval tank, is that we tie him around the neck of congressional Republicans over the next 14 months.
