I don't have the expertise to know whether it's a good decision to hand over the US's port security to a company from the United Arabs Emirate. I know that it sounds more than a little funny, and needs to be explained to me. But mostly what it makes me think is it's a good candidate for the next chapter in the book of WICDT?
